Che joined North Lake in 2017. She attended Northern Illinois University where she completed her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2009 and later attended Olivet Nazarene University and completed her Master's in Nursing in 2015. Her nursing background is cardiac and neuro critical care. She is a certified family nurse practitioner and is certified in acute and critical care in adults.
